Wow - where to start! Life at Horizon's Edge was nothing short of perfection! The home is lovely with spectacular views of the ocean and islands from all corners. Eating breakfast on the ample terrace was a joy each morning. All 3 bedrooms have lovely ensuites and comfy beds. Housekeeping was immaculate and everything you could want and need in a kitchen was provided. I appreciated the insulated cups that kept our painkillers cool throughout the day!
Coolers, beach chairs, and towels are all provided. The home is within a 15 min drive to many wonderful beaches. The home is in the beautiful enclave that is both quiet and secure. Also very handy is the proximity of the Calabash Market - fully stocked with pretty much everything you could want or need.
Owners are a delight! Lightning response to anything you could want or need!

Our stay at Horizon's Edge was perfect! We visited Cinnamon Bay, Maho, Francis, Hawksnest, and Haulover Beaches. One of our favorite days was a Kekoa Sail which included snorkeling and a visit at the Soggy Dollar bar in the BVIs. We loved our afternoon at Lime Out too!
The view at Horizon's Edge is incredible! We loved reading on the deck. The house had everything we needed and more! We grilled dinner a couple nights. We are already planning our next trip back to Coral Bay!

Dwight is awesome! And so is this house! Everything was clean, beautiful and comfortable and the ocean view is gorgeous. There wasn't anything missing - you could literally move in and live here. Beds were great, water was hot and had great pressure in the showers, laundry worked, great kitchen and living areas....This is one of the best rental properties I've had the privilege of staying in.

What a great place to stay! There were 6 of us who stayed at this lovely villa. We never felt crowded and felt like we had our own space, but also able to come together in the kitchen at the dining room table and outside on the patio. The view was beautiful and everything was so peaceful. What a great island to explore, go snorkeling and hiking, and to enjoy relaxation time. The local restaurants were a lot of fun too. We would definitely return to this place!

This property is absolutely beautiful! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom so our family could enjoy their own space. The common area was open and welcoming, perfect for doing puzzles, playing games, grilling out and taking in the view. The deck view of the bay is just spectacular and the house is just a short drive to amazing snorkeling. The house is also equipped with a paddleboard, kayak, cooler and snorkel gear! The neighborhood is is peaceful and friendly and was the perfect family getaway on the quiet side of St. John. We also happened to get stuck here during a tropical storm, which was a bit scary. However, the property manager, Dwight, was amazing in communicating with us and accommodating our needs. I have never had a property manager take such good care of us. Weathering a tropical storm was quite the adventure but this house kept us safe and Dwight put our minds at ease.

Amazing stay at Horizon's Edge. The house was great for 6 people with 3 separate bedrooms/bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating for 6. I especially liked the location which was not too far up the hill so you could hear the ocean at night. Sitting on the deck at night you could see thousands of stars. The house was well equipped with beach chairs and extra snorkeling gear. The St. John themed books were a fun extra treat which we enjoyed! Check-in was easy and was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is very well appointed with everything that we needed for cooking, relaxing, and beaching. Dwight, the property manager, provided us with the precise information and is a very good communicator. We enjoyed listening and relaxing to the waves while on the deck enjoying our coffee and cocktails. We've been coming to St. John for 20 years and do reccomend this villa! Thank you to the owners and Dwight!
